Hugo Chavez says "No" Too

Seems Socialist Venezuela Leader and avid Obama supporter Hugo Chavez doesn't think he should've won either.

Where are we "deliberately and systematically" trying to "exterminate" ANYONE? Being at war with someone does not equal "genocide". If war now means genocide then there are a lot of genocides going on in the world. I guess whenever the Irish bomb a British pub they're practicing genocide. When the Palestinians bomb an Israeli marketplace it must be genocide. When Russia invaded Geogia last year I guess that was genocide. What an idiot.
